Techtree provides technology solutions across multiple domains:

• Software & SaaS Solutions: Retail POS, Restaurant POS, SincA ERP, Salonify, Auto Garage software, JetBot, TapTap Cards, and iReview Cards.

• ELV & IT Infrastructure: CCTV & IP Camera systems, Structured Cabling, Access Control & Biometric Attendance, Waiter Calling Systems, Queue Management Systems (QMS), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

• Development & Store Setup: Custom website development and Shopify store design and setup.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and proprietary software applications featured on this website are the intellectual property of Techtree (Zar Technology). You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our software or website content without explicit written permission from us.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payments

• All project proposals, software quotes, and IT infrastructure estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Payments for SaaS subscriptions, custom software setups, hardware installations, and milestone deliverables must be made according to the agreed schedule.

• Failure to make timely payments may lead to temporary suspension of cloud services, software access, or technical maintenance support.

4. Service Maintenance & AMC Terms

• IT and ELV Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are operated under agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Emergency site visits, system upgrades, or hardware replacements outside the scope of your active AMC plan will be billed separately upon approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

Techtree ensures high-quality software deployment and secure IT/ELV installations. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized system access, third-party software failures, internet downtime, or improper hardware usage on the client’s premises.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. Any updates will be published directly on this page with an updated effective date.
